02. Exchange
If my harness doesn’t fit when it arrives, do you exchange?
Yes of course, if your harness doesn’t fit perfect then if you can post it back to us, we will send you a different size.
03. Delivery Time
How long do the personalised dog tags take to arrive?
We aim to have your dog tag ready and arriving on your door step within 10 days. If there is a particular date you need your tag ready for, then please email via: hello@kubdogwear.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Same as the dog tags, we aim to have your treat jar ready and arriving on your door step within 10 days. If there is a particular date you need your treat jar ready for, then please email via: hello@kubdogwear.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
04. Restocking
Will you be restocking the sold out KUB designs?
Each of our designs is limited so once they are gone they are gone! If there is a design you like and it’s low in stock then grab it while you can to avoid disappointment. Although our rope leads and dog tags we often restock.
